YWCA Asia Regional Meeting 2026
The YWCA of Bangladesh recently participated in the 2026 YWCA Asia Regional Meeting held in Taipei, Taiwan! Under the powerful theme “Women on the Go – Road to 2035,” with the Presidents, General Secretaries and young women leaders from 12 member associations across Asia, alongside global leadership from the World YWCA.
This regional meeting serves as a powerful space for connection, renewal and vision. The meeting was a wonderful opportunity to learn from one another and build strong connections. By sharing our activity and plans for the future, it truly showed the collective power of women’s leadership. The meeting focused on teamwork, young women’s leadership and working together across generations. Delegates had open discussions on key priorities like migration, leadership training and future goals, while proudly lifting up the voices of young women leaders and celebrating our shared impact.
We return home energized and ready to turn the ideas into action for our local communities! Thank you to our hosts, YWCA of Taiwan and all our global sisters for an amazing experience.
